Valve Bag Packaging Machine:

Aligning system with integrated bag clamping cylinders
Bag opening mandrel is pneumatically operated for an additional mechanical forming of the opened bag valve.
Integrated control panel with all necessary items including the programmable logic controller
The empty bag magazine with 2 forks hung up at chain conveyor which can be fed and have a capacity of 100-150 empty bags depending on the bag layout.
The pushing device as bundle feeding for the bag separation, including the necessary electrical control and adjusting device for bag width.
